Born in Istanbul in 1976, F\u0131rat \u00c7apk\u0131n graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Sociology. He began his career in field sales at the multinational American corporation Xerox. Following his experiences as sales specialist, supervisor, and manager, he continued as Sales Director in an international, Denmark-partnered company. During this period, he met and had the opportunity to work with the world-renowned management scientist, Prof. Dr. Ichak Kalderon Adizes.

\nSince 2004, through his firm D&F Management Institute, he has provided management consultancy, restructuring, organizational transformation, corporate training, and production-oriented leadership models to more than 500 companies.\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
