For over 25 years, I’ve been delivering training, consulting organizations, and leading strategic transformation projects with executives. In 2004, I founded D&F Management Institute, through which I have reached more than 500 companies and 80,000 professionals. But for me, success is not measured by numbers — it’s defined by the impact I create and the connections I build.I don’t bring ready-made content; I bring tailor-made solutions.

From my early sales career at Xerox, to leading large-scale transformation projects such as TÜVTÜRK, and delivering programs across cultures — from Germany to India — I’ve accumulated diverse experience. Today, I share that experience with industrial companies, global brands, SMEs, and leaders across Turkey.My distinctions lie in method, mindset, and measurable outcomes.
My private pilot license enriches my trainings with aviation metaphors. My passion for music and collecting enhances empathy, mindfulness, and attention in every session. But above all, I am a lifelong learner — constantly evolving, always curious.In essence:
