About Fırat Çapkın
Born in Istanbul in 1976, Fırat Çapkın graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Sociology. Throughout his academic life, he focused on human behavior, social structures, and organizational transformation — foundations that shaped his professional career with a strong strategic perspective.
Professional Experience and Consulting Expertise
He began his career in field sales at the multinational American corporation Xerox. Following his experiences as sales specialist, supervisor, and manager, he continued as Sales Director in an international, Denmark-partnered company. During this period, he met and had the opportunity to work with the world-renowned management scientist, Prof. Dr. Ichak Kalderon Adizes.
Since 2004, through his firm D&F Management Institute, he has provided management consultancy, restructuring, organizational transformation, corporate training, and production-oriented leadership models to more than 500 companies.
Training Sectors
He has delivered training across a wide range of industries including textiles, automotive, tourism, construction, IT, telecommunications, call centers, retail, consumer durables, logistics, public transportation, white goods, and international auditing corporations.
To date, he has trained over 80,000 professionals, guiding hundreds of organizations in both structural and human transformation. He has also conducted leadership and management training programs in Germany, India, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, and Georgia, delivered in English and Russian.

- Fluent in English and Russian, with basic proficiency in Greek.
