Training Film Production

In large-scale organizations, Training & Development departments often request the production of company-specific training films. This need arises particularly when certain training modules must be frequently revisited by employees.

The production process typically follows these stages:

  • • Submission of a training production request
  • • Alignment of the requested training with existing programs in the company’s training archive
  • • Proposal of a project agreement and subsequent contract signing
  • • Re-design of the training content to fit the film format
  • • Determination of the number of episodes
  • • Filming of the training content
  • Video shoots are carried out by a professional media and film production team, including one director, one lighting specialist, two camera operators, and one beauty consultant. Following the shoots, the films are edited and finalized proportionally to the number of episodes. Within approximately 15 days, the completed films are delivered in a ready-to-watch format via WeTransfer.
To date, similar productions have been successfully delivered for companies such as Bosch, Siemens, Tofaş, and Migros, covering topics such as:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Client Relationship Management
• Proactivity
• Decision-Making
These training films, ranging from 7 to 31 episodes, were designed to provide sustainable long-term value to employees.

• Who will be the project leader from your company? (name, phone, e-mail)
• Which training topic would you like to produce as a film?
• Why has this need emerged?
• How many employees are expected to view the program?
• How many episodes would you like the film to include?
• What should be the average duration of each episode?
• Should pre- and post-tests be developed for each episode?
